How Find I.P address of a Website ??

First of all, we need to know why we need to know I.P address of a website when we can type its domain name and open the webpage.
1: There may be problem with DNS server i.e name resolution problem. In simple language, if u can open google like this "64.233.161.100" but not with "www.google.com" then it means that your DNS server is not working properly.

2: This process may sometimes bypass the firewall and gives you access to the restricted site on your system or a network.

How To know the I.P address of a website :
For windows XP /7 :
GO to
Run> type cmd
There type
ping domain name
Example
ping www.yahoo.com

Then you will get the IP address of that domain
Once you've done with this, Start your Browser, There just type the IP address which you got,and your website gets opened.
